Ronny Turiaf Will Not be Suspended for Flagrant Foul

In game 4 against the Jazz in Utah, Lakers forward Ronny Turiaf committed a flagrant-2 on Utah guard Ronny Price in which Turiaf threw Price to the ground will Price was attempting a layup.
I will admit that Turiaf did foul Price pretty damn hard, but a flagrant 2? I don't think so, definitely a flagrant foul because it resulted in stitches over Ronny Price's eye, but it was not intentional and did not deserve a flagrant-2 which results in an automatic ejected and can be subject to suspension.
Well it seems as though the NBA saw it that way too because they have announced that Ronny Turiaf will not be suspended for the foul.
Jazz owner Larry H. Miller lobbied for a suspension of Turiaf after watching the replay, but even Ronny Price said after the game that Turiaf did not deserve to be suspended.

Larry H. Miller knows that the only way he and his team can gain a victory will be by cheating. Demanding a player be suspended for playing the game physically screams of the child who gets his feelings hurt and takes his ball home, effectively ending the game. See you later Utah. Have a nice trip back home.
GO LAKERS
This is not about winning. This is about injuring a player which Larry is financially and emotionally connected to. If someone slapped around your kids, wouldn't you want to see them get the maximum penalty?
The only reason why this was labeled as a flagrant-2 foul was because it was after a whistle had already been blown. The play was dead and they all knew that. Price was trying to get a continuation which he wouldn't of gotten since he wasn't in the process of the shot. Turiaf had heard the whistle, but went after him anyway. This is why it was labeled as a flagrant-2 foul. Even the commentators pointed this out after it happened. They even said that if the whistle hadn't been blown already it wouldn't of been a flagrant.
Lakers - still the world's biggest crybabies.
